Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions The "Made with Love" Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive your subscription box for any period already paid.

Refunds on Subscriptions Due to the handmade and curated nature of each monthly box, we are unable to offer refunds on subscription boxes that have already been prepared or shipped.

One-Time Purchases One-time purchases (non-subscription items) are not affected by this policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges for individual products.
